5 STAR RATING!!
The Fit to Live program has changed my life! I gave up running several years ago because of hip issues and thought I would never run again. Kyle created a personalized return-to-running program that has gotten me back running about 3 miles with no hip pain! I did not think that was possible! He's also helped me get more comfortable lifting heavy weights even as I approach 60 years old. Feeling confident and much more fit. Give this program a try.

The Fit to Live program at NCCPT is just what I was looking for. I have had to go to physical therapy off and on for several years now. I needed a program to help me work on my strength and endurance while meeting me where I was at. FTL has been just such a program. I feel stronger and more capable than I have in over a decade.

5 STAR RATING!!
Over the years, I repeatedly needed physical therapy of spine problems and pain related to computer work. About a year ago, my pain took a turn for the worse with tingling and numbing throughout my whole arm. While the physician were trying to pinpoint the root cause, I started PT at NC physical therapy. I have been going there for a year now. Everybody is very friendly, and most importantly, the therapist are very knowledgeable. What sets this PT place aside from other places is their whole-body approach. After all, what is the point of PT if you fall right back into your usual habits once the PT course is over? I am certainly guilty of it, life just takes over. The NCCPT offers a "Fit to Live" program and eventually I was curious enough and signed up. There are different options, I selected the one-on-one once a week training. As your trainer is a physical therapist, the trainer will design the program specifically to your needs and pay extra attention to your areas/body parts prone to injury/ pain. I am really glad I joined and will continue, I definitely feel stronger a day more attention to my "bad" postures and movements. My trainer also helped me recover from the surgery I eventually needed to release my compressed nerve. I also get a monthly program for exercises at home that is tailored to me. It keeps me motivated to work out, it gives me the little nudge I need. The whole team at NCCPT is also very accommodating, they understand that work and personal life sometimes require adjustment of appointments and will work with you to find a solution.
So, if you need some help with pain or injuries, please check NCCPT out. They offer many other opportunities besides the Fit to Live program, nutrition advice, body balance classes, recently a running program..., as I mentioned before, the NCCPT is more than just place where you go for 40 min.

Have you noticed that healthcare has become more like a business of numbers?
North Carolina Center For Physical Therapy is a privately-owned clinic opened in 2010 specifically to focus on personalized one on one therapy. We see all types of orthopedic, athletic, post-operative, gait and balance, women’s health, and some neurological diagnoses. Our goal here is to get all of our patients back to functioning at their maximum abilities.
Our therapists take time to listen to you because that’s what it takes to solve the complex puzzle of your muscles, joints, nerves, and tendons that have become interwoven and off-balance in a way that is causing you pain that you just can’t get rid of.
