Our first LiveWell session of the year filled up quick so we’re offering another 😬💪 The program kicks off Monday January 30th, 4:15pm with a weigh-in, physical assessment and nutrition talk. Then join Chan every Monday and Thursday at 4:15pm for an efficient 45-minute group training session. During the session you will not only break a sweat, but learn proper technique and the benefits of different training styles, like HIIT, Strength Training, and Circuit Training.
