✨RECIPE ✨
Ingredients:
2lb short ribs
2 onion large dice
4 celery large dice
3 carrots large dice
Salt and pepper
6oz tomato paste
2c red wine
2 tablespoons beef bouillon
4 cups water
4 fresh bayleaf
1 whole garlic
4 shallots

🍠 Roasted Garlic Sweet Potato Puree:
4 Sweet Potato, cut in half
1 stick of butter
1/2c of heavy cream
6 cloves of roasted garlic
Salt and Pepper

Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 large egg beaten
1/2 c of milk
1c of seasoned panko bread crumbs
1/2 c of seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1 c of frizzle olive oil @ Graza
1c of homemade or store bought marinara sauce
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Grated Parmesan
Chopped Parsley
