Using sound to enhance your healing practice has shown positive benefits. We can see it ourselves and our clients when we compare how we felt before and after a session.

Certain sounds, vibrations, and frequencies help us relax and bring the body to a state where healing can happen.

Working on an individual client (or yourself) in a private session offers a unique and individualized experience. Sound can be used to shift specific energetic patterns, subconscious programs, and the body’s cellular structure.

If you’re ready to add sound to your healing practice for private clients, join Katie Cavenagh from The Sacred Cocoon at The Red Barn in Durham on Friday, May 1st from 11-4 for Facilitating Private Sound Sessions, an intensive training on using sound close to and on the body.

Explore how to adjust techniques from groups to individuals, best practices for set up, and first hand experience as to how the sound works in the body up close.
