People in our country, young and old, are struggling with the demands of “making it”. America’s demands are just exhausting. Making ends meet can feel impossible! But….be intentional about self-care. Take time out to be still and quiet. Create goals and make a plan. Take control when things feel out of control. Take a step back before reacting out of emotion. Keep your eyes on the prize, and just keep moving forward. Thank you, Dr. King🤎

These common habits can prematurely age your brain:
*Overindulging in alcohol
*Staying in all the time (limited social interaction)
*Too much junk food
*Not working out
*Not switching up your routine (keep your brain motivated and excited with new hobbies, new skills, learning a language, volunteering, etc)
*Getting less than 7 hours of sleep per day
