Celebrating hope, Angels Among Us supports research and finding a cure for brain tumors.

Through Angels Among Us, funds raised can be quickly delivered where they are needed most in the fight against brain cancer. Since its founding in 1994, over $10 million dollars has been donated to The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke from Angels Among Us. Your support of this event will help us continue to lead the world in the development of new therapies, quality of life initiatives and innovative treatment techniques.

Dr. David Ashley, Director of the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke will be returning to Australia to become the CEO of the Victoria Comprehensive Cancer Center Alliance (VCCC Alliance). He will retain an Adjunct faculty position in The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center, creating an international platform for joint studies to treat children and adults with brain tumors. In essence, this means that THE SUN NEVER SETS ON The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke Health. We will miss Dr. Ashley, but are grateful that we are able to expand our platform for future studies!

This past August, Tim began his Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, raising funds and awareness for brain tumor research at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke. His recent excursion came with plenty of cold waves, viewing the Milky Way at sea, electrical issues, and plenty of other adventures.
