It’s okay to just “exist”. We all unfortunately drink that capitalistic kool-aid. We live in a society where resting is looked down upon and often deemed as “being lazy”. We live in a society of people that wear burn out as a badge of honor. We have a lot to unlearn. Your worth is based on so much more that how productive you are. Remember that. You always have your breath to fall back on. Breathe in to the count of 4, hold for a count of 3 or 4, exhale slowly for a count of 6 or 7. Empty out all the air from your lungs, and repeat 6-8 times. Breathe in peace and when you exhale, let go of something from your day.

**If holding your breath is triggering, follow the steps above but do not hold your breath. **
