Cooke Counseling Group, PLLC, a group private practice in Durham, NC, is looking for a full/part-time (10 hours minimum) psychotherapist position to join our group practice with the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 employee. This is an Independent Contractor position, with a percentage split negotiable based on experience and licensure. This is a hybrid position (In office/Telehealth). We are located in South Durham, conveniently accessible off of I-40, between Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Our office space has ample parking and first floor accessibility, with a cozy waiting room furnished for clients.
Requirements for the position include being fully licensed in the state of North Carolina, with preferences including a minimum of 1 year post full licensure experience preferred, along with private practice experience, registered with CAQH and paneled with BCBS, Cigna, and/or Aetna.
Compensation is percentage based on payments received, and is paid out monthly. Therapists would ideally have a specialty, and preference will go to clinicians with extensive experience with children, adolescents, and trauma, or therapeutic modalities including EMDR, DBT, IFS, and TF-CBT. Clinicians will benefit by being able to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community, and are encouraged to tailor their availability and client base to their best fit. Cooke Counseling Group, PLLC can provide a steady stream of referrals as well to support clinicians in building their initial caseload, as well as marketing for additional client referrals. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and an asset to our fun, connected, and person-focused group of clinicians.

Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year post independent licensure
*Experience in working with adolescents, children or families

Preferred:
*Current State of North Carolina license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC
*Paneled with BCBS, Aetna and/or Cigna
*Prior private practice experience
*Extensive experience with children, adolescents, families, and/or trauma specialization
*Ability to work nights and weekends
Required education:
* Master's or Doctorate from an accredited university
