Day 18 to calm, heal, and thrive: Merle is such a snuggle bug! Had a migraine today but his sweetness and the beautiful snow we got outside were huge mood boosters. So grateful for all of our sweet animals!

Come join me for this
I'm trying to find something intentional to do or something special that happens, to help with finding more peace and joy in my life each day. It's not about posting every day, it's about the intention. So if you join me on this journey and post please tag the challenge, or if it is just an intention you set in your life each day I would love to hear about it in the comments or through a DM. This is quite simply transforming my life and I hope it makes a difference in yours too! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿค—

Day 10 to calm, heal, and thrive: The energy of the last 24 hours had not been the best. Both within me and our house. I decided to do a meditation and clearing today, and I burned white sage (ethically purchased). The lifting I felt, the joy and the peace that came in were all palpable. Intention is everything with a clearing. Focusing on what is being created in the space as well as what is being released. So appreciative of this today ๐Ÿ’œ

Curious about ways to clear yourself or your home. DM me or comment and I'd love to chat about it ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ“ธ

Day 9 to calm, heal, and thrive: Today I did a Chakra clearing both for myself and I posted an audio on the farm's Patreon account. Can I express the magic that I have experienced today? The clearing helped a lot. It created some shifts I had been waiting for. And what a blessing to have the opportunity to post the meditation for others to use too.

I also had a moment today where I asked myself why I am posting this challenge. It's not for the views (if I wanted those I'd be doing this on the farm page). The truth is I am doing this for myself first. This is powerful stuff, sitting down to think about what happened in my day that helped the most with calming my nervous system, or helping me grow. But what if it also helps someone else? How great would that be? That someone sees these and decides to try it for themselves. Whether just the idea I have posted that day, or the full challenge of pinpointing that thing that helped today and each day they can for the rest of the month or even the year.

If you decide to join me please send me a message. I'd love to connect. Or if you share yours by posting please tag

Thank you for being here, for sharing in this experience with me. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿค— I am so very grateful for each of you!

P.s. if you are interested in the patreon just go to the link in my profile or shoot me a DM.

Day 8 to calm, heal, and thrive. Spent lots of time with the goats today. Just enjoying their company, handing out as many scratches as they wanted, and laughing at all their funny antics (more videos to come on over the next few days). Grateful each and every day for these amazing beings I get to share life with ๐Ÿ’œ

In case you haven't noticed I have challenged myself to try to post a picture or video as many days as I can of how I am calming, healing, and thriving. It won't be perfectly every day, but I want to look back at the end of the month, maybe even the end of the year and see all the beauty, and goodness in my life from as many days as possible.

The last two years have been super hard, but I feel like things are on an upswing. And this challenge will help remind me of that.

I hope that sharing this all with you will bring some light into your day, and if you want to join me on this challenge please post whatever is happening in your life that is bringing calm, healing you, and helping you thrive. And please tag it with so I can see it ๐Ÿค—

Love and appreciate each of you who follow either the farm and/or this account focused on healing. You are all awesome!!! โค๏ธ

Day 7 to calm, heal, and thrive: Aquarium meditation ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’œ

This is my zen zone. I love watching the fish, snails, and shrimp. They have so much going on in their world. Hercules the snail, and Rusty the bamboo shrimp were hanging out for an extra special session.

Taking a pause to just enjoy something. That is the best medicine ๐Ÿค—

Day 6 to calm, heal, and thrive: trying a cool experiment for homeschool. Not gonna lie, today was a challenging one. Homeschooling can be both a wonderful thing and a very taxing one. During a calm point we went to hang out with friends and they had this idea for homemade chia pets they saw on YouTube, using eggs! Excited to see if they grow.

Taking a break from the challenge of the day really helped reset things. The end of the day was definitely more positive than the start.
Don't ever underestimate a break, or a change to reset.

Want the details for this experiment? Comment or send me a DM and I will hunt down the YouTube link for you, or send you the directions.

Day 5 to calm, heal, and thrive: My journal, Chakra Rights renewal prompts from , my father's old book As a Man Thinketh, and a Merle ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿถ

Taking some me time and heading to bed earlier than usual (thank goodness). Doing these prompts one at a time over the next several days, and really giving them in depth thought. I am very interested in Chakra healing as every time I have touched on it, I have felt big shifts and awakenings.

As we are ending the last few weeks of the year of the snake (technically not over till February), this is the perfect time to be introspective and dive deeper into what is no longer serving and what we might shift for the coming year.

Chakra Rights in these prompts:
โค๏ธ Root Chakra: The right to be here and to have
Purpose: Foundation
๐Ÿงก Sacral Chakra: The right to feel and experience pleasure
Purpose: Movement and Connection
๐Ÿ’› Solar Plexus Chakra: The right to act and be am individual
Purpose: Transformation
๐Ÿ’š Heart Chakra: The right to love and be loved
Purpose: Love and Balance
๐Ÿ’™ Throat Chakra: The right to speak and be heard
Purpose: Communication and Creativity
๐Ÿ’œ Third Eye Chakra: The right to see
Purpose: Pattern Recognition
๐Ÿค Crown Chakra: The right to learn and understand
Purpose: Understanding

Note: The above is the work of Anodea Judith and her staff at Sacred Center. Please follow her, sign up for her emails (that is where this practice came to me), or read one of her amazing books for a more in depth look at the chakras. While I do talk about them, and understand a good deal about them, she is an expert on Chakras and healing them.

Day 4 to calm, heal, and thrive: Spent time with family. Since my momma passed in 2024 it's just me and Cordelia. I wasn't blessed with siblings and my daddy passed in 2014. But we do have some wonderful cousins and an amazing great aunt! So lucky to have extended family that wants to connect and who loves us dearly (as we do them!). My Aunt Alice shared old photo albums with us. The last pic is one of all the cousins from before I was born. The pretty lady in the white shirt and red/pink pants is my momma, and the man in the back with the glasses and brown hair worn in an afro is my daddy. ๐Ÿ˜ So fun to see them in their 20s rocking their style from the 1970s.

Day 3 to calm, heal, and thrive: Today I made sourdough blueberry pancakes and chicken sausage patties from scratch. What do you like to cook or bake for joy or calming time?

Day 2 to Calm, Heal, and Thrive: Momma started a tradition many years ago of creating a collage of Cordelia to send to friends and family each year. I was missing momma and feeling a bit disconnected, so I decided to pick up that tradition. Writing a personal note to each person filled with my gratitude for them helped remind me how lucky I am to have all these folks in my life. Amazing how sometimes the most simple forms of gratitude can bring joy to the heart. I hope they bring joy to each of them as well! ๐Ÿ’œ

Day 1 to calm, heal, and thrive in 2026: Finished some watercolors I had been working on. Felt great to sit down for some me time, Paint, and complete something. Hope your new year is starting off with something fun or calming.
