Blue Point Yoga We are a Yoga Studio near Duke University in Durham, NC. We specialize in vinyasa, prenatal and yin. Come as you are! We can't wait to see you on the mat.

At Blue Point Yoga, we strongly believe that yoga is for every body. We strive to make yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities. For the experienced yogi, we offer vigorous vinyasa classes that integrate elements of mindfulness. We also offer a variety of specialty classes including Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Over 50. Each of our teachers are highly trained and experienced, and many of them have taken our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

Meet Charlotte ✨ A lifelong yogi and teacher trained in the Krishnamacharya/Viniyoga lineage. Originally from Sweden, she’s taught around the world and now calls Durham home. Her classes connect movement, breath, and inner awareness. Founder of Stillness at Heart, Charlotte also writes on meditation, philosophy, and poetry.

Linda’s yoga journey began after an early RA diagnosis in 2006, and through practice, she found healing and balance. She’s trained with OM Yoga and earned certifications in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors and Yoga of Awareness for Cancer. With a background in education and library science, Linda brings care, curiosity, and depth to every class she teaches. 🪷
