We had an awesome time yesterday at the Rebirth and Renewal Yoga Retreat at F7 Blackstone Farm in Mebane! The participants experience a gentle yoga session with sound bath, a Cacao Tea Ceremony, Rebirth activity planting seeds to grow for Renewal of a new season and journaling. They received gift bags full of great items! We enjoyed a delicious meal from Pure Soul Vegan! If you missed this one, look out for the next one!
