Thankful for these kind words… humbled.

I've been going to Stiner Massage since May, and honestly, I don't know if he's a massage therapist, a magician, or just part-human, part-anatomy textbook. This is way more than a relaxing spa massage-it's like physical therapy on steroids (but legal ones). He talks through what's bothering me, tests my strength and mobility like he's training me for the Olympics, and then fixes me up.
One of our shared goals is keeping me healthy and active for my family, and he never lets me forget it.

Client feedback; 2:58 female marathon athlete that had issues stemming from her ankle that created and eventually manifested as major back/core “injury” just after Boston Marathon this past April....
“Hey! my ass worked for me on the run today. I felt like a whole person with all my body parts working today. My fingers are crossed that it was not a fluke! Out of nowhere I did 8 miles at virtually the same pace every mile 7:15. Woohoo! For reference, I have not run even 1 mile at that pace in the last two months. It’s because my body didn’t have the push or power to do that. Today it was completely effortless.”
