✨️✨️Join me for a sacred cacao ceremony designed to open your heart and deepen your connection to yourself and community.✨️✨️

We'll gather with ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine. You'll experience the heart-opening properties of cacao while connecting with like-minded souls in a safe, nurturing space.

After sharing cacao, you will be grounded further into the medicine with a sound healing experience featuring a variety of instruments to help heal your body on a cellular level and heighten feelings of relaxation. Expect guided meditation, intention setting, a creative exercise and journal prompts to ground your experience further.

Please bring a mat or blanket to sit/lay on and a journal and pen. (I will have extra mats if needed).

There are a few scholarships available at discounted prices if you’d like to experience working with this medicine but can’t afford the cost of entry this time. Please email me for more information.

Today: Walking in nature and witnessing things bloom, dog photo shoots in the daffys, reading back through old journals and bringing myself to tears seeing the things that I wanted to work on and manifest having come to light, cacao, binaural beats, preparing the agenda for my women's circle, making fliers for my business... And likely going to finish it off with a taco bowl 😍🥣.

What a beautiful afternoon at our Bloom and Become women's retreat today! Thank you to the ten beautiful souls that were with us today sharing space, sharing their hearts, and taking a chance on learning something new. I was so inspired by all of you. 🙏💜

I was listening to an old episode of the podcast today and they were talking about generational trauma and how we actually have cellular memory and gene expression that comes from seven generations back. On average, this encompasses almost two hundred and fifty people.

What a wild thought. Not only to think about all of the trauma we carry from our ancestors but also all of the knowledge and goodness.

This is my mom, my two grandmother's and my mom's adoptive dad (that I loved dearly even though he died when I was just two).

This reminder of how we carry our cellular information forward to seven more generations makes me even more invigorated to work on myself and my healing procees. Maybe I can help discontinue traits that no longer serve my lineage and help future generations live a more optimal life.
