Honored to be part of the 2026 Symposium on Kundalini Yoga – Scientific Research & Applications for Health & Therapy 🌍✨

This global online gathering brings together researchers, practitioners, and educators dedicated to the therapeutic and transformational power of Kundalini Yoga.

If you have a passion for serving youth, I hope you’ll join me for Y.O.G.A. for Youth: Empowering the Next Generation. Drawing from 19 years with Y.O.G.A. for Youth, one of the longest-running youth yoga nonprofits in the U.S., I’ll share how we empower youth and families in under-resourced communities through teacher trainings, direct programming, and research-informed practice.

Our breakout session will dive deeper into building relationships with students, educators, and communities—plus an open space to share wisdom, challenges, and opportunities in bringing yoga to youth. 💛🧘🏽‍♀️

One of our favorite times of the year has arrived!

We are getting the word out about this year’s Y.O.G.A. for Youth teacher trainings.

This is a 46-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teaching training that is offered every year, twice a year.

Once in the spring, online which is coming up March 6-8 and 20-22. And once in summer, in person at the studio in Durham, NC.

Every year we are honored to teach this curriculum to those who want to invest in our youth.
