I’m really looking forward to Mediumship Day at The Red Barn, centered around mediumship and complemented by Reiki, reflexology, and crystals.

It’s a beautiful opportunity to receive messages from loved ones who have passed or to gain insight and guidance around what may be unfolding in your life.

Over this past month, I had the joy of certifying my daughter, Victoria, in Reiki I online, and during a recent holiday visit together, I was able to teach her Reiki II in person, completing her certification.

I’m filled with gratitude watching her step into this practice in her own way — using Reiki for self-care, for family and friends, and with the hope of one day integrating it into her work as an occupational therapist.

As Wings of Change begins sharing more here on Facebook, it feels right that my first post celebrates a very special someone who is bringing her own heart, intention, and presence into this beautiful healing art.

Congratulations Victoria! I'm so proud of you! Here’s to growth, connection, and the meaningful ways Reiki supports our lives.

Welcome to the Wings of Change FB page! I finally made it into the world of social media – sort of 😉

Wings of Change has officially opened at the Red Barn in Durham and I’m excited to share my new space with you. My intention with the Red Barn location was to create a peaceful, grounding space for healing. At the Red Barn, I currently offer intuitively guided Reiki sessions for people and animals, customized Reiki Experiences, and Reiki I & II certifications. On-line and on-location services are also offered for individuals, couples, groups, and animals.
