Most people are not “lazy”… they are just mentally tired, worried, and overwhelmed.
If you’ve been feeling low lately, try this for 7 days:
• Wake up and follow a simple routine
• Move your body (even small walk)
• Stop overthinking everything
• Talk to at least one person daily
• Reduce negative content
• Do one small productive thing
• Rest your mind (pray, breathe, be still)
Little habits… BIG difference.
