This week, we’ll move and breathe with the theme of a Loving, Compassionate Heart, not as something we have to strive for, but something we can feel into.
A heart that stays steady, grounded, and centered, even when life feels full or emotional.
Class will be gentle and supportive, slow movement, breath, and space to land in your body.
Meditation afterward will help settle and soften the nervous system. Take one or both classes, yoga 9:30 followed by meditation at 10:00am PST.
Come as you are.
No fixing.
No performing.
Just practice.
