What to Expect at your First Session…✨

Before you arrive, I carefully review your intake form to understand the areas that need attention and any conditions you may have.

When you get here, we’ll talk through your concerns and preferences—pressure, table heat, and whether you’d like a full-body experience or a focused session.

Then it’s time to unwind: climb onto a heated, padded table, sink under a weighted blanket, and breathe in the soothing aromas of eucalyptus & lavandin. After a few gentle knocks… your personalized session begins.

Warm, comforting towels are incorporated throughout the session to help your muscles release tension, remove excess oils, and deepen relaxation.
