FLU SEASON IS HERE! 🤧🤒😷
(And we haven’t even reached the peak yet!)

For the safety of our patients and staff, we kindly ask that anyone experiencing the following symptoms wear a mask while in the clinic:

With the closing of the MercyOne Clinic in Traer yesterday and the outpouring of new patients we are receiving, we want to welcome everyone considering Aspire Health and Wellness Family Practice for their care.

If you plan on establishing care with us, please give us a call so we can get a chart created and get you into our system. We also highly recommend scheduling your 3-month, 6-month, Annual Wellness, or any routine follow-up appointments in advance.

Additionally, if you are currently on any medications and will need refills before your future appointment, you will need to be seen before we can refill any prescriptions. This also includes any referrals or orders — you must be seen first before we can place or renew these.

Thank you for your patience as we work hard to accommodate everyone and continue providing quality care to our community.

Jamie is able to do appointments telehealth/virtual TODAY if needed!

We sincerely apologize as we continue working to get our website back up. We understand how frustrating it is not being able to self-schedule at this time.

If you need anything — medication refills, appointment scheduling, questions for the nurse, etc. — please message us through your portable in Passport (our version of MyChart) or send us a message on our page. We have staff working from home and ready to help.
