Many of you may be receiving emails or text messages regarding payments from our office through our Elation/Passport system. Please know this is NOT a scam.

We do not mail out regular billing statements. You can safely click the link provided in either the email or text message to make your payment.

If you prefer to pay by card over the phone, in
office, cash and/or check are also accepted.

If you prefer to receive a mailed statement - please call the clinic at #319-476-9355 and we will gladly send one to you.

Thank you for understanding as technology and healthcare continue to advance. This process helps save both time and postage while keeping everything efficient for our patients.

Aspire Health and Wellness Family Medicine is CLOSED for the remainder of the afternoon today November 26, 2025 as well as tomorrow November 27, 2025 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday!

🚨 Important Location Update Aspire Health and Wellness Primary Care 🚨

We’re aware of an issue with Google Maps incorrectly directing patients to the wrong address for our clinic. Some searches have led people to the back alley or a tin shed at the end of the street — not exactly where you want to be for a health appointment! 😅
