Our clinic takes an integrative approach to healthcare, blending Western and Eastern approaches to help heal the mind, body, and spirit. The Mission of Birchwood Integrative Care Clinic is to promote health and wellness by providing compassionate, whole-person integrative care through practical, research-based complementary medicine. The foundation of our clinic is the belief that sustainable health and wellness depends on the combining of Western and Eastern medical practices in order to treat the whole person. By combining proven complementary care therapies with western medical interventions, our clinic will focus on balancing and blending Western medicine with East Asian medical practices. We take the time to listen and ask questions to better understand our clients' concerns and use what we learn to create an individualized treatment plan that focuses on the clients’ unique health goals. We understand each individual is unique with how their body responds not only to disease, ailments, and trauma, but also to the interventions used while on the path towards recovery. For these reasons, we blend our extensive clinical practice with continuing education and current medical research to provide quality care for all of our clients. We utilize clinically proven therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, mental health services, chiropractic care, and nutrition to treat the root cause of their ailment.
