We often spotlight Monarch Scholars who are currently enrolled in school—balancing coursework while continuing to care for our residents. Rosa Cuzko is a great example of another important part of the Monarch Education Assistance Program: supporting employees after they’ve completed their degree through student loan reimbursement.

Rosa is a Registered Nurse at The Estates at Chateau and has been part of the Monarch team for three years. She completed her nursing program at Herzing University, driven by her compassionate nature and a desire to build a career centered on caring for others.

After completing her program, Rosa applied for—and received—student loan reimbursement through the Monarch Education Assistance Program, helping ease the financial burden of her education while continuing her professional journey with Monarch.

We’re proud to support dedicated team members like Rosa as they grow, learn, and continue making a difference every day.

Staff at The Beacon at Mapleton filled this past week to the brim with Christmas cheer for their residents—Kiwanis lights, music therapy, Christmas caroling, BINGO (always), and a Christmas party with Santa, presents, Grinchy green punch, and cheesecake! 😋

We love seeing the smiles! Thank you to the entire team at Mapleton for making the holiday special for our residents!

Prime rib dinner at Maplewood Rehabilitation Center and Assisted Living, handheld charcuterie and desserts at The Villas at Brookview, and an array of homemade fudges and sweets at The Estates at Fridley—just to share a few! 😋🍴

Holiday cheer was in full swing at the Eagan office this week! Team members gathered for a festive holiday party featuring a potluck packed with delicious dishes, fun door prizes, and plenty of Christmas spirit.

Congratulations to our door prize winners: Christopher Turner, Krystené Berry Adou, MBA, PTA, and Angela Klingelhutz. And congratulations to the legal department, winners of the department-wide “decorate your door” contest!

We are proud to recognize Brittany Suttles, Therapeutic Recreation Director at The Villas at Saint Louis Park, as a Monarch Scholar.

Brittany has been a valued Monarch team member for six years and is currently enrolled in a medical administration program at Bryant & Stratton College. Through the Monarch Education Assistance Program, Brittany is receiving tuition support as she continues to build her skills and advance her career in senior care.

Brittany was recently surprised during her facility’s morning meeting with the presentation of a giant tuition reimbursement check—an unexpected and fun moment celebrating her commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

We are proud to invest in team members like Brittany who demonstrate dedication to growth, leadership, and exceptional care. 🧡
