Start your week with hope.

Not the loud, forced kind.
The quiet kind.

The kind that says:
• This season won't last forever.
• You can take the next step.
• There is still good ahead.

If you need support this week, we're here.

Rest might look different than you expected.
Plans might change.
Energy might fluctuate.

That's okay.

Healing isn't linear.
Growth isn't constant.
You are allowed to move at your own pace.

Your wellbeing matters here.

What does hope look like in your work? 🌲

For our 2026 Wellness in the Woods Annual Conference, we are exploring The Power of Hope--in recovery, in education, in policy, and in lived experience.

We are now accepting speaker proposals for our September 24-25 hybrid event.

If your work demonstrates how hope becomes action, connection, or change, we would love to hear from you.

Peer support is different.

It's not clinical advice.
It's not someone telling you what to do.

It's someone who understands because they've walked their own path.

At Wellness in the Woods, peer support means:

• Shared lived experience
• Nonjudgmental space
• Real conversations

Healing doesn't happen in isolation.

Every fundraiser has a story behind it.

You can create a page in honor of someone you love.
You can start a team with friends or coworkers.
You can simply say, "Peer support matters to me."

The Tom London Memorial Walk isn't about registration--it's about community-driven fundraising that fuels peer-led mental health support across Minnesota.

If this mission has impacted you, consider starting your own fundraiser.

Start here:
