Come out and see us for our Saturday Sale at Polk Training Center this Saturday April 25th from 8a-12p. We will have a variety of plants and some veggies available. All proceeds benefit our Adult Day Program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a list of some of the plants that are available. We look forward to seeing you!

Polk Training Center celebrated its 40th Anniversary this year on April 15th. We want to thank all of our clients, families, caregivers, staff, Board members and customers as well as all who have been involved and supported us in some way over these 40 years. Cheers and here' s to the next 40 years! ❤️🥂

Thank you to Brenda D. for the donation of a Karaoke machine to our program! Our clients love it and are so excited to use it. Her generous donation is truly appreciated!

Today we took advantage of the beautiful weather and took a trip to Central Park in Lake Alfred. Clients enjoyed playing basketball and the playground swings followed by lunch. It is an amazing park so if you have never been there, we highly recommend it. Its is at the top of our list of favorite parks in Polk County!

Just a friendly reminder that Polk Training Center will be closed tomorrow (Friday 4/3) in observance of Good Friday. We wish everyone a Happy Easter! We will reopen for regular business hours on Monday 4/6.

Our Garden Center hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 9a-1p. If you are in the area stop by. We hope to see you!
