March is National Social Workers Month ⭐ Meet One of the Most Experienced Social Workers in the Region ⭐

Cynthia Flores, LBSW, began her incredible career helping others as a Certified Nursing Assistant in high school. After graduating she went on to earn her Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin🧡 and shortly after she achieved another milestone by becoming a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker.

Today, she brings 40 YEARS of social work experience advocating for people of all ages at every stage of life, including 26 YEARS of serving the residents and families of our facility.

Her trusted leadership in the field of social work is just one of the many ways Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehabilitation stands out in the care we provide.

Today we celebrate our incredible leader whose strong advocacy, compassion, and commitment make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents, families, and staff every single day. ❤️

Leslie Villarreal, LNFA, began her career at Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehabilitation in 2012 as a Rehabilitation Technician. Through dedication and leadership, she was promoted to Director of the Therapy Department and later served as Business Office Manager while completing her education.

Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and in 2024 obtained her Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator license, becoming our facility’s Administrator. She also holds her CNA certification and is committed to providing compassionate care and strong leadership for residents and staff.
