We had the honor of welcoming Kraig Killough, Managing Director of Altus Community Healthcare, to our STAT Specialty Hospital in Eagle Pass and what stood out most wasn’t just his leadership… it was his humility.

From the moment he walked in, he took the time to connect with our team, listen, and truly be present!

Great leadership isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s shown through kindness, respect and the way you make others feel valued! That’s exactly what we experienced!

Thank you, Kraig, for your time, your leadership, and for the example you set!

It was also a privilege to tour the Eagle Pass Fire Department together and see the dedication behind those who also serve our community every day!

There are moments that remind us just how fragile life can be and how strong the human spirit truly is.

After a life-changing accident on her way home from ending her shift early in the morning in August 2025, we are beyond grateful to share that one of our own is BACK on shift eager to serve our community! 🙏

Maria Munoz' strength, resilience and faith carried her through a long recovery journey and today, she returns to where she belongs, continuing to nurture our community with the same heart and dedication we all admire!
