JRP Therapy Care compartió información sobre factores de estilo de vida beneficiosos que se han relacionado con un cerebro sano, y muchos de ellos también están asociados con un corazón sano. JRP Therapy Care PLLC had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of the Project Well event in Eagle Pass, Texas. The goal of the event was to inform our local residents about the resources available to them in Maverick County.

JRP Therapy Care shared information on beneficial lifestyle factors that have been linked to a healthy brain—and many of these are also associated with a healthy heart. These lifestyle factors can help prevent cognitive decline and are also being explored for their potential to reverse early symptoms of brain decline.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to educate, connect, and support our local community.💜
