Pub run got here a little early this month for all you good TNR boys and girls!

Join us 6PM tonight at Odd Man Rush Brewing company in Eagle River for our annual ugly sweater run! It is free, fun, and freezing! Cold weather, but warm company!

TNR made another appearance down in Sacramento last weekend to take on the California International Marathon! These guys (and gal) braved the historically cold Sacramento weather (40 degrees with visions of grandeur in their heads! All finished with some OUTSTANDING times and prepped the TNR motto of "doing hard things"! Well done crew!

Great turnout for our first 0° degree TNR this season! (So cold even Mark had to wear long pants!)

The hot chocolate helped warm us up, and shout out to for bringing some sweet treats!

Thursday has come again, and tonight we will begin reincorporating our trail/adventure night!

We will be meeting at the Fire Lake parking lot, and doing a run/skate/walk/fat tire bike night around the cleared loop! The trail was inspected yesterday morning, and is VERY runnable WITH spikes (must have spikes to run!). If you want to bring skates, it is a bumpy surface, but doable if done slow.

Tonight there will be hot cocoa to warm up afterwards, as always, provided by Healthwise Care Center & Physical Therapy - Eagle River!

Great job braving the ice peeps! Happy to report 0 casualties, and half the team was even able to run through some christmas lights!

Good Morning TNR! Bring out your crazy socks to celebrate National Sock day with some miles!

Slight change in plans, tonight we will be meeting at the clinic at 6PM instead of Garcias. This is to avoid trying to compete for parking and competition for sidewalk space, as the Eagle River Tree lighting is being held from 530-8pm across the street at town square.

WEAR YOUR SPIKES and lights, we will be having a modified course to avoid excessive vehicle and foot traffic.

Wow... what a turnout!!!

I guess all of Eagle River must have been ready to run in those warm Temps, and with a turkey as a doorprize, all you turkeys made the best looking gaggle in Eagle River!!!

Congrats for walking away with this years 13 pounds turkey! Shout out to for providing the bird, and the loyalty tokens! Thanks for letting us crash in your loft! 🤘

We will do a better job of checking to make sure the WHOLE path is clear before our run (Sorry about the bridge and its overabundance of mashed potatoes!)

No official TNR next week, but I'm sure you can find some of these runners downtown at the turkey trot!

It's a Turkey Day miracle, Pub Run come early!

Come join us tonight at 6pm, we will be starting from Odd Man Rush Brewing! Bring out your lights and spikes, believe it or not, it is dark at 6pm, and the sidewalks ARE a bit slick!

Healthwise Care Center & Physical Therapy - Eagle River is donating a turkey as a door prize this week, so make sure to show up for some miles, friends, and the shot at the traditional Thanksgiving bird!
