Last week, Business Development leaders from across the country in home health, hospice and home care services came together for the first ever Pennant DBD Summit 2026! A dynamic two-day event dedicated to growth, alignment, and elevating business development across the care continuum.

Business Development, Clinical, and Operations leaders collaborated and learned from one another through expert-led sessions, real market examples, and authentic conversations. Together, we explored ways to expand access to care, strengthen internal relationships, deepen community partnerships, and serve our communities grounded in our values.

From celebrating achievements and leadership milestones to diving deep into market insights, compliance, and strategy, the summit was energizing and inspiring. Our alignment was clear: when we lead with purpose and accountability, impactful results follow.
