You guys know that sometimes sessions can be upbeat and fun as we create fun connection as we release or sessions can be more peaceful, relaxing, and quiet.
Lately I’ve been really enjoying having some quiet time with the clients. Sound baths, breath work, and just letting go. Walk in and leave all the stress of life at the door, get lost in sound, listen to the flames of the candles flicker. Ahhhhhh so nice 💕 it’s therapeutic for me too 🥰
