Weekend Vibes! What a great weekend!

I hope you got out, enjoyed 🏔🏃🏻‍♂️🏌🏼‍♀️🧘‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️🧗🏼‍♀️🚣🏼‍♂️. Fresh air is fuel for the soul🌞

Mountain Collective is still seeing patients via telehealth. This is a safe and very option to still achieve social distant guidelines. Medicare and Medicaid are accepting and reimbursing telehealth visits. We are still providing free 30 telehealth consults. Need to discuss something, send a DM!

In-person visits will start in the not so distant future back 🙏🏻

To All My Eagle County Friends! I am putting the feelers out to the universe and my friends in the valley. Feel free to share and tag! Mountain Collective Physical Therapy is looking for a like minded individual practicing message therapy, other rehab providers and/or other health providers to share a clinic space at the Eagle Climbing & Fitness Gym. The space itself is spacious with a private entrance along with access to gym facilities. Located in the second floor of the building with elevator accessible through the gym. Potential to collaborate with myself and the gym to offer members wellness and therapy services. The crew at the gym are awesome, they reach a broad set of people in the community and offer the ability to market services together. There does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel in terms of seeing people in person at the Mountain Collective clinic space. In the mean time, telehealth is proving to be really effective. I have been able to connect people to continuing or re-vamping there ever exercise protocols to help in there rehabilitation process from orthopedic to neurological conditions. In addition, telehealth via video or audio platform has been great at helping diagnosis and give self treatment strategies for pulled muscles, elbow pain, low back and sciatica impairments. Free consults available and with any luck we will be back in action in the not so distant future!!

What a few weeks!! Finally “settling” into the new normal.... I love seeing my clients in person, I love treating, I love my new space at the climbing gym and I have MISSED this! And, in the last two days I have been able accomplish these things via Zoom and the “office”/“playroom”! I have been able to provide a consult to a EC+F crew member and another treatment session with another client. Feeling a slight sense of normal🙏🏻Don’t hesitate to contact me. Free consults, a brain to pick, I am happy to help! We are all in this together.

Sometimes life gives us some uphill battles but we can choose to see the beauty in them. Just a quick note to say Mountain Collective PT is closed due to COVID-19. All weekend I kept searching for the right answer as it is in my spirit to forge ahead and keep helping others. However, all the good advice says to flatten the curve by distancing. This makes sense so let’s do it in order to keep our hospitals running safely and giving them the ability to take care of the people who are immediately sick and hopefully lessen the chance that more people get sick. To all my clients, friends and the Eagle Climbing + Fitness members I am offering free tele health services/consults so give a ring (970)390-2006 if you need some advice or a brain to pick. We can FaceTime, Google Dou, etc.... Stay Healthy, keep your social distance and enjoy our beautiful “backyard” and time with the ones close to you. I look forward to being back in action soon!
