‼️Cold and flu season alert!!!

We have been so blessed this season with pretty healthy kiddos… but at last a cold claimed my oldest! Poor boy during the first snow of the season woke up with a head cold! Barely any fever and felt really cruddy for about 24 hours! We did homeopathic, Avini nano-colloidal silver, and essential oils along with rest and allowing his body to do what comes natural. Well even though he got over the “sick” part in 24 hours the stuffy nose and dry cough has decided to linger… so this crunchy momma took action and we got him in my Halotherapy-infrared sauna salt room. I dragged my youngest as well as a preemptive strike!

What is Halotherapy!?!? Well I am so glad you asked! We use pharmaceutical grade dry salt micro-particles, which are dispersed into our infrared sauna through a halo-generator. When the salt is inhaled through the airway or lands on the skin, it draws out the moisture, mucus, and impurities, kills microbials, and helps with inflammation within the upper and lower air-ways and the skin. It’s anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral. It stimulates the body’s internal processes for cleansing and removing build-up of foreign particles. My kiddo has a smidge of a lingering cold so we are sitting in my Halo-IR office getting a 20 minute dose of salt therapy to help clear up the sinuses! No Infrared at this point maybe next time! Also sitting under green Chromotherapy which provides anti-infectious, anti-septic, and regenerative stimulation… and don’t forget the RC essential oil!!!

Who wants to join me?!?!

Not gonna lie guys this resonated with me today!!! After waking up at 6:30 to do paperwork for the office… after five hours I got off my bo**ie to do a new workout in my program… and guys it kicked my butt!!! But I know after doing it a couple times I will get stronger and develop better endurance!!!

Already took my amazing Avini supplements today… our whole family is taking it and we can tell a difference in our overall health and energy!! I’ll go into each component a little later but it’s been a game changer as I’m taking this detox journey…. Now I’m sweating out the toxins in the sauna!!!

The seed has been planted and everyday I try to do something to water it!!! Trying to balance mom life and work life isn’t easy… especially since I love doing both!!! Helping patients heal and watching my kids develop and grow are both so amazing… but sometimes keeping balance and keeping up is hard!!! So every day I try to do SOMETHING… whether it’s the supplements (that’s the easier part), eating super clean, doing a Zerona session, sweating and detoxing in the sauna, working out, or getting a massage for my own health… I try to at least do SOMETHING everyday!
