Yesterday afternoon we had our meet ‘n greet. There were a dozen residents there, and one newer lady who only moved in a couple of months ago. She has been struggling, missing her friends and her house.
When I walked in from gathering people, residents were leading, sharing their stories. (Sometimes more than once 😂)
When it came around to her, she shared what she had been going through and people listened.
This is what makes Paramount Parks so special. Joy shared is doubled. Sorrow shared is halved.

As we wrap up November, this month we celebrated Chef Stephen as our employee of the month! You keep everyone happy, and that’s a big job! Thank you for all of your hard work! Here’s to another year!
