Columbia Village had the best time joining Mountain Home on a field trip to the stunning Bruneau Sand Dunes yesterday. From exploring the rolling dunes to soaking in the beautiful scenery, it was a day full of adventure, laughter, and unforgettable memories ♥️

So grateful for opportunities like this to connect, explore, and enjoy the great outdoors together!

That powerful message guided us through The Cottages Annual Meeting 2026—and what an incredible time it was! This year was especially exciting as we celebrate 25 Years of Treating People Right.

We were honored to have our founder, Garold Maxfield, as our keynote speaker, setting the tone for a meaningful and inspiring gathering. Over the course of a day and a half, our team came together to reflect on everything we accomplished in 2025, strengthen our commitment to clear communication, and set our sights on exciting goals for 2026.

From interactive activities to engaging games, our sessions were filled with learning, collaboration, and discovery. It was more than a meeting—it was a chance to connect, grow, and build momentum for the year ahead.

We are so proud of all we achieved this past year and even more excited for the professional growth and positive outcomes that 2026 holds. 💙
