That powerful message guided us through The Cottages Annual Meeting 2026—and what an incredible time it was! This year was especially exciting as we celebrate 25 Years of Treating People Right.

We were honored to have our founder, Garold Maxfield, as our keynote speaker, setting the tone for a meaningful and inspiring gathering. Over the course of a day and a half, our team came together to reflect on everything we accomplished in 2025, strengthen our commitment to clear communication, and set our sights on exciting goals for 2026.

From interactive activities to engaging games, our sessions were filled with learning, collaboration, and discovery. It was more than a meeting—it was a chance to connect, grow, and build momentum for the year ahead.

We are so proud of all we achieved this past year and even more excited for the professional growth and positive outcomes that 2026 holds. 💙

Beautiful day for a sweet little outing to the Emmett Creamery today 🍦

Our residents enjoyed the fresh air, treats, and time together and it wouldn’t happen without the team showing up and making it happen. Big shoutout to our Emmett staff for continuing to create these moments! These are the days that matter!

The Cottages is proud to give back to Angel Riders and Angel Wings!! Residents Joanne and Karen assisted to make pies for the Angel Riders Pie Day fundraiser. We had a lot of fun and decided being stickered with the label "sunkist" and "pink lady" was better than "granny smith". 🤣😂
The Cottages is pleased to support this organization that connects cancer patients and families in rural communities with the resources, transportation, and compassionate care to ensure no one faces their cancer journey alone.

We loved greeting all our friends and community partners at the Open House for The Cottages at Columbia Village. We are grateful for all our community partners who came to support! Special thanks to Idaho Pharmacy and Lighthouse Hospice and Palliative Care for providing some great baskets for us to give away!

Our recent renovations have brought a fresh new look to our resident's home, and the new flooring has truly transformed the space. The bright, clean design makes our homes feel even more warm and welcoming for our residents, families, and team members.

It’s amazing how something as simple as new floors can make such a big difference! We’re proud to continue investing in our homes to create a comfortable, beautiful place where our residents can relax, connect, and truly feel at home. ❤️
