When Alex first came in, he couldn’t run. At all. Every attempt just led to the same pain and frustration.
Fast forward to now, and he is gearing up for a marathon.
It wasn’t magic. It wasn’t a quick fix.
It was steady work, figuring out what his body actually needed, and slowly putting all the pieces together.
