Back pain, pregnancy pain, something you injured 3 years ago, or yesterday when you sneezed wrong 🤧 … I’m here for it.

No judgement! I’m the queen of, “I’m fine, I don’t want to bother anybody”. Heck, I’ve even denied being in active labor…Yeah….😳

No matter how long you’ve been dealing with discomfort (or ignoring it 😉), I’m here to help you feel good again! It’s literally my job.

So, technically we don’t have snow ❄️…or a snowman⛄️…
You caught us, it’s an old picture, and it’s way too cold to walk outside for a new one!! 🥶 🧊

We’ll be monitoring for the rest of the week, and will contact accordingly (assuming we still have power 😬).

We’re camp “down by New Year,” but it was hard to let go of our beautiful Fraser fir.🌲 I already miss the sweet, woodsy scent that filled our home this season, so we decided to bottle it up!
We lobbed off the branches, stripped the needles and are steeping them for a few weeks. Harlowe even got to help!

✅Fresh Needles + white vinegar
✅4 weeks in our pantry
✅Strain and add equal parts water 💦
= DIY cleaner that smells like our Christmas tree! 🎄
