We offer teachings on the wonderful benefits of yoga to people of all shapes, sizes, age and activity levels, in both private and group settings. Join us for an evening of reflection, open conversation, and a themed yoga practice designed to support your journey - both on and off the mat. Together, we’ll read, move, and build community.
