We are a rapidly growing home care agency that works primarily out of Senior apartments so there no or very little travel required. We are in the process of starting a new team in yet another apartment so we need to put together a second team.
You must be willing to do nursing as well as ADL care. All shifts require every other weekend.
We want people who love their job and are committed to helping our aging population.
We are looking for:

5:00am - 1:00pm
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm

We are looking for a competent and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Executive Director.
The position will oversee Home Care Services in Independent senior Apartments and
supervises the LPN supervisor as well as
indirectly supervise LPN’s and HHA’s. Quality Individualized Patient Care is important!
The candidate must have proven knowledge of NYS Home Care Regulation and Executive
Director Leadership Experience. The candidate must also have a strong background in
coordinating a quality insurance program ensuring that the admission, service, and discharge
process is patient driven, cohesive and procedure structured.
As a Clinical Executive Director candidates must possess excellent management and mentoring
skills. The candidate must also be an outstanding communicator, able to resolve conflict in the
best interest of the client and/or agency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring NYS DOH Regulations and Agency Policies and Procedures are being adhered to.
 Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for
excellent service and growth
 Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs
 Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel
 Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
 Oversee and Assist as needed in providing personnel with clinical training and opportunities for
continuous development
 Coordinate a strong and effective QA program
Requirements
 Excellent knowledge of NYSDOH Home Care regulations
 Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
 Experience in clinical supervision and program management
 Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
 Excellent communication and people skills
 Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
 Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
 BS/BA in Nursing
