Reiki – Reiki is a method to connect with a high vibrational energetic vibration to balance and transform energy in and around the body. Reiki is excellent for stress, anxiety, healing, pain relief and well-being. The core power of Reiki is to connect you with your authentic self and your spiritual self. Wendy infuses Reiki with shamanic practices to provide a deep, more complete and personal healing experience for her clients. She helps people remember who they are instead of who they are told they are. Chakra balancing – Your body has 7 main energy centers (Chakras) that process your energy. Each chakra is associated with different energies that affect your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Clearing and balancing your chakras promotes healing and peace. During each session Wendy will use Reiki, shamanic practices and crystals for each chakra to expand and complement the healing. You will leave with some specific suggestions for you to continue the healing. Shamanic practices – Engage with helping spirits to deal with trauma and power loss in your life. Practices are integrated into energy sessions and may include, soul retrieval, power loss and healing attachments. Healing Circles – An intentional community that is nurturing, supportive and experiential in order for you to engage in your own healing. Groups include deep listening and sharing as well as many experiences for healing around the group topic. Meditation – I offer group meditations in different styles and subjects.There are meditations for people who are new to meditation and/or are trying to establish a meditation routine. There are meditations for those who have meditated for a while but are looking for a refresher or another way to meditate. Group mediation elevates the vibration in the space and helps you to stay committed to your practice. Mantras – Sanskrit mantra chanting sessions to experience the power of group chanting and to learn to integrate mantras into your daily life. Mantras are sounds or vibrations that create a desired effect, such as healing, transformation, or self-awareness, to a specific area of your body and/or life.
