A New Moon Group Biofield Tuning Experience 🌑✨
Friday, 11/21 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at Creative Wellness in East Aurora, NY

New Moons offer us the perfect opportunity for an energetic reset. It is a great time for self-reflection and the setting of new intentions and goals.

This session will focus on strengthening our central channel, the energetic pathway that runs from the bottom of our feet, up through our spines, to the top of our head. I will guide you throughout this experience using the sound of the tuning forks to help you ground and deeply relax. With sound, breath, imagination, and intention we will release stuck energy in our central channel, creating a resonant and vitalized flow of energy. You will leave feeling lighter, brighter, grounded, and more present in your body. A perfect support as we head into the holiday season and winter!

Biofield Tuning is a therapeutic sound healing modality that uses tuning forks in the electromagnetic field surrounding the body, helping to rebalance and harmonize its energetic flow. Therapeutic sound can help relieve stress as well as calm and relax the nervous system.

Please be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the session, which will help you to integrate the tuning.

What to bring: Water, yoga mat, blanket, and whatever else you would like to bring to be comfy throughout the session.

What is Biofield Tuning?

Biofield Tuning is a therapeutic sound healing modality that uses tuning forks on and around the body to aid in relaxation and bring the body back into balance. Therapeutic sound can help relieve stress and tension as well as calm and relax the nervous system. After a session, many clients have reported feeling lighter, brighter, deep relaxation, and better mental clarity. Biofield Tuning works to alleviate symptoms on the physical, mental and emotional levels.

The term biofield refers to the body’s electrical system - the electrical currents that run through our system and the magnetic system that surrounds it. During a Biofield Tuning session, tuning forks are used to scan the body’s biofield looking for areas of dissonance. All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as “dissonance” in our electrical system. With the use of tuning forks in the field, we are able to locate, diminish and resolve this dissonance which in many cases helps to alleviate and even eradicate symptoms. Biofield Tuning enhances our body’s electro-magnetic system allowing it to balance itself so that it flows in a rhythmically harmonious way.
