Join us as for an interactive 2-part workshop about how our gut and pelvic floor health are intrinsically related.

Learn about how inflammatory conditions like IBS can play a role in conditions like pelvic pain and incontinence. Explore the social and environmental conditioning that may promote dysregulation and dysfunction in your mind, body and spirit.

This 2 Part Workshop will delve into the physical and social components of our world that shape the pelvic floor. The first session will focus on the anatomy & function of the pelvic floor. We will learn the structures on a model and apply that to our understanding of the body.

The second session will focus on the nervous system and offer a yoga approach to facilitating better habits and more optimum function.

Go home empowered with a greater understanding of your body, with resources to address discomfort as it arises, and an interactive yoga practice in community.
