Sana Sana is a full service Physical Therapy, Pelvic health PT and Pilates studio located in the Village of East Aurora.

Sana is a Physical Therapy, Pilates and wellness collaborative providing Orthopedic and Pelvic floor PT, private and group reformer based pilates sessions, birth prep, balance classes, massage therapy and nutrition counseling. Sana sets itself apart by providing our Physical Therapy services in an individualized one on one hour long session. We do not utilize PT aids or assistants and our PTs work with only one Patient at a time. Sana Pilates and fitness classes take place in a state of the art Balanced Body Pilates studio. Our teachers are all comprehensively trained in the Pilates method to deliver safe and highly effective classes for all levels of abilities.

We can no longer normalize this injury as an athletic rite of passage. Let's collectively protect our young athletes from injury risk and let them enjoy the multitude of benefits of sports participation while diversifying their athletic exposure throughout the year. Our Intro to Pilates Tower and Mat Series is designed for anyone interested in expanding their Pilates repertoire.

The Pilates Tower Series is a sequence of exercises performed on a Tower apparatus that uses springs, bars, and straps to create resistance and assistance. It blends classical Pilates principles—control, precision, breath, flow, and alignment—with spring-based strength training and mobility work. If you’re used to the Reformer think of the Tower as adding vertical spring resistance that deepens feedback, decompression, and articulation. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn the fundamentals of breath, alignment, and core activation while building strength from the inside out. Our experienced instructors guide you through each movement and introduce you to safe use of the pilates tower apparatus and mat foundations so you feel confident, capable, and connected in your body.
