Curious about meditation but not sure where to start? Or looking to deepen your understanding and build a consistent practice?

This workshop is designed for **meditation beginners and anyone wanting to strengthen their practice**. Meditation is a simple ancient technology with powerful benefits for emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing. With the right guidance and strategy, anyone can learn to access its benefits.

Together we’ll explore how meditation can help you create **greater agency with your emotions**, quiet scattered thoughts, and cultivate the mindset you’d rather experience.

**In this workshop you will learn:**
• Different types of meditation and their potential effects
• An overview of the neurological and chemical benefits
• Strategies to develop and maintain a meditation practice
• How meditation can help shift emotional states and support personal transformation
• How to use props and simple household items to create a comfortable sitting practice

Participants will also receive a **comprehensive information packet** to support their continued practice at home.

Dragon’s Way Qigong is a comprehensive 6-week program designed to help bring the body back into balance through gentle movement, nutrition guidance, and deeper awareness of the body’s signals.

This program is rooted in the ancient system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems.

During the program you will:

🌿 Learn 10 powerful Qigong movements that help “clean up” the body and increase energy (Qi)
🌿 Explore foods that strengthen and support your Qi
🌿 Understand the body’s messages through the Five Element Consciousness framework—learning what pain, cravings, and mood shifts may be telling you
