It's almost the first Sunday of the month, which means that the newest yoga offering at Sacred Moon Circle Apothecary, a vinyasa/yin hybrid class, is happening tomorrow morning!

This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. We'll spend the first part of class breathing, moving, and building a little 🔥...then finish up with a few restful postures to help ease you into the rest of your day...and into the new month! 🙏🧘‍♀️
