SAUNA ISN'T JUST RELAXATION, IT'S PREVENTATIVE HEALTH.
Research out of Finland has shown that men who use the sauna 4–7 times per week had up to a 66% lower risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease compared to those who used it once per week.
Regular sauna use has also been associated with:
• Improved cardiovascular health
• Lower blood pressure
• Reduced inflammation
• Better sleep quality
• Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
Heat exposure increases circulation and places a gentle demand on the heart, similar to moderate exercise, while also helping the body shift into a restorative state.
