Over the past few months, I have been on a learning and healing journey of my own right along with you.

I am sharing with you today, that with much contemplation I have decided that I will be moving on from my role as an energy healing facilitator.

As rewarding as it has been to meet you all, connect, and assist you, it has become evident that I myself still have some things that need attention to.

I will be taking the time to work on myself and bring back into my life what truly makes me feel at home and myself.

The energies are heavy in the world right now and for some including myself, it has become a bit more than I am able to carry right now.

I need to just be what makes me feel like me!

Leaving my career as a stylist after 17 years, felt like the right step at the time since I was feeling so moved to help others, however, it is increasingly becoming more evident that this creative light that is within me needs to burn in order for me to feel fulfilled and happy.

I need this in my life and have come to realize that my touch as a stylist was just as healing if not more then the sessions I offer.

Energy healing is an amazing modality for us all but as my inner guidance is clearly telling me I am needed in a different space for not only myself but my clients.

I am grateful for your trust in me and for allowing me to assist you!

To all who have remaining packages and existing sessions, I will be finishing them with you and of course can make recommendations if you would like to continue with your own healing journeys.

Lastly, I will continue to offer the monthly frequency lists if you enjoy this boost of positive energy so please keep a look out for that info if you are interested.

I appreciate all the support & I hope that if you ever feel like you need to course correct in life you do it without fear and follow your inner guidance.

The presence of an energetic Heart Wall can be causing you to feel:

If you were like me you thought that your pain (physical or emotional) was something you needed to “fix” with medication or by numbing (drinking, food, etc..)

Now I’m not saying that there isn’t a place for medication and medical intervention but the underlying issue for almost all disharmony in life is emotional.

The body is so much more then this physical avatar we live in. It moves with life force energy. There are so many energetic channels and portals where energy needs to flow in order for our physical bodies to remain healthy.

You may have even heard of them before…
Meridians & chakras being the most well known.

When energy is constricted in any of these channels or energy centers it causes an imbalance in the body.

For example, a blockage in the stomach meridian can cause issues with your stomach.

What causes these blockages?
- Negative Energy that has been trapped

These energies get trapped when we don’t fully process them. Energy patterns like emotions, thoughts, beliefs, & memories are meant to be felt. When we suppress these, either because we were told not to feel them or they were bad when we were younger or because we were in such a traumatic event and in a state of shock we weren’t able to process.

The subconscious then stores this energy for later. However, if it is never addressed it will fester in the body wherever it has been stored and cause issues such as physical pain, disharmony in your life, and even illness.

The Body Code System is designed to help us have a conversation with the subconscious to identify and clear these trapped energies in order to create healing.

This energy healing modality has not only helped myself and family but many people across the globe.

I love the new energy that each month brings 💗

May is such a beautiful month. It brings with it the sunshine, chirping birds, beautiful flowers, and longer days.

It gives us the opportunity to spend more time in nature and connect to the beauty that is all around us!

Take the time this month to allow yourself to be still and listen to your inner wisdom.

Spend more time outdoors connecting to Mother Earth and HAVE SOME FUN!
