I practice with this growth mindset, and it is my goal in providing supervision. I am dedicated to teaching best practices, standards of conduct, cultural competencies and ethical standards. As an Advanced Certified Clinical Supervisor, I teach the development of counseling skills, theoretical concepts, and self efficacy. Along with these therapeutic qualities, the development of relationships are key. I give quality feedback, help counselors develop personal growth practices, a professional identify,and self care. I have more than 25 years of clinical experience and many years of supervising Interns and post Master’s clinicians. I am an LMHC and LADC1 and certified trauma specialist. I have extensive training in the following: EMDR level II, Brainspotting level III, Gentle Reprocessing, Reiki, Problem Gambling,behavioral addictions, PTSD and Womens’ Issues.
