My husband has the flu. I trust my immune system, and this is how I’m supporting it: a tea blend I made to move mucus and support liver, fire honey, fermented garlic, a homemade antibiotic alternative (ginger, turmeric, red onion, lemon, and honey), fresh celery juice, ginger and lemon juice, and a freshly baked sourdough boule. Not pictured is chicken soup and a batch of elderberry syrup both simmering on the stove, and banana bread in the oven.
I am healthy. My immune system is strong. My body is healthy and knows how to protect and heal itself. This is immune support and prevention in my home.
