Kat has been on an incredible streak these past few months, showing everyone what happens when consistency meets commitment. She has already lost over 10 pounds and trimmed more than 3 inches off her waist—and her progress keeps accelerating.

What makes Kat’s journey so inspiring is how she shows up. She’s consistent with her training sessions, she regularly increases her training volume and weights, and she refuses to settle or stay comfortable. Kat pushes herself every week, and the results speak for themselves.

On top of that, she’s been dialed in with her nutrition, staying focused, dedicated, and never making excuses.

I ran a 5K… and finished 4th place in my category
and here’s the crazy part: I’m not a runner. šŸ˜…

I don’t train for races.
I don’t do long-distance programs.

What I do is strength training.

Erika is a busy working mom, and has been a true example of dedication and drive since joining ELITE Fitness Alliance last year. She’s up before the sun, showing up for class every morning at 5:30 a.m.—and even on weekends!

Not only has she been consistently challenging herself with heavier weights, but she’s also been putting in the same level of effort outside the gym. Erika has worked hard on her nutrition and mindset, focusing on fueling her body with the right foods and getting plenty of protein to support her muscle gains.

Her results speak for themselves—stronger, fitter, and more confident every single week. Erika’s commitment and energy lift up everyone around her, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate her progress! šŸ‘šŸ‘
