Practicing these simple exercises can help manage the stress, and busyness of the holiday season!
- Using your band, pull up and over head to correct posture, stretch the shoulders, and neck, while relieving pressure
- Make a โUโ shapeโ over your head to work the core and stretch out the upper body
- Bend your knees, reach your hands right past your knees, while keeping your back flat
- Roll your shoulders forward, and then back, and stretch the neck from right, to left
