We are so excited to welcome Marissa to the Hush Studio team! She’ll be teaching Flow every Thursday at 6PM, and trust us — you’re going to want to be on your mat for this one.

Marissa’s classes are all about creative sequencing, mindful movement, and feel-good flow that helps you reconnect with your body and breath. Whether you’re newer to yoga or a long-time mover, she’ll meet you right where you are.
